At Age in Spain, our mission is growing. As the only national charity dedicated to helping English speakers in Spain thrive in later life, we provide vital volunteer-led information and support services. To sustain this work and meet increasing demand, we are seeking a results-driven Fundraising Manager to join our dedicated, tight-knit team.
This is a high-impact, standalone role reporting directly to the CEO. It offers a unique opportunity for a self-starter with a proven track record to build and lead a robust fundraising organisation from the ground up. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery—managing public grants, nurturing donor relationships, and coordinating a team of volunteers to secure our future success.
