Whether you are helping an older person set up a video call or assisting our team with internal digital tools, your work will directly reduce isolation and empower our community.

What You’ll Do:
  • Answer calls and emails, providing practical information using Age in Spain’s resources.
  • Assist with Spanish administrative processes.
  • Refer enquirers to specialist services when needed.
  • Help update information resources and contribute to research.
  • Log interactions and provide feedback to the Infoline Manager.

What we offer

  • Full training & ongoing support (online & virtual sessions).
  • Flexible volunteering from anywhere in Spain.
  • A friendly team & community, with social meetups when possible.
  • Reimbursement of agreed expenses (e.g., travel for in-person meetings).
  • A meaningful role where you make a real difference!

What You need

  • Fluent in spoken & written English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Good communication, listening & people skills
  • Confidence using a computer & the internet
  • Ability to work independently
  • Commitment to at least 6 months of volunteering
Your Commitment:

The Infoline operates 11 AM – 1 PM.
Volunteers contribute at least 4 hours per week, with flexibility.

Why Join Us?:
  • Make a tangible difference by helping people overcome digital isolation.
  • Gain experience in service delivery and non-profit operations within an international context.
  • Build your communication and coaching skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
How to Apply:

If you’re excited about using your tech skills to empower others and strengthen our community, we’d love to hear from you!
